The story

Three planes of stone, cut with architectural precision and joined without visible detail. Orthogonals reduces the dining table to its essential geometry, letting the veining draw the only line that matters.

Form and proportion

Proportion is integral to the design of Orthogonals. In the listed format — L 140–240 × D 38 × H 82 cm — the design considers the relationship between the sculptural base, the top and the footprint the table establishes within a room. The calacatta oro or emperador marble and polished finish are not additions to the form: they make its volumes, surfaces and the natural movement of the stone legible.
